Withdrawal from Institute

If a student must withdrawal from all courses and leave the institute, the student should obtain an
official withdrawal form from the Registrar's Office. This form must be completed
and returned to the Registrar's Office. The student will then receive a copy
of the withdrawal form for his/her records.
